STRAHOV LIBRARY

The Strahov Library is located on the area of the Strahov Monastery near Prague Castle.

The oldest part of the Strahov Library is the Theological Hall (pictured left), built between 1671 and 1679.

The interior of the second hall of the library, now called the Philosophical Hall, was decorated in 1794-1797.
