ARTIC BAKEHOUSE
The Icelandic bakery in Prague opened in 2018. Fluffy round bread with a soft crumb and a crispy crust is baked from unsifted Czech flour using the bakery’s own yeast.
The yeast is the main treasure of the bakery, it matures in containers in the kitchen and the owners take care of it like a child.
The bakery offers at least eight types of bread. In addition to loaves and baguettes, the bakery offers a variety of delicious pastries.
Croissants with different fillings are the highlight of the bakery.
