The photo above shows the famous Old Town Square in 1965. House No. 6 (second building from the left in the photo) has been occupied by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic since 1996.
Previously, this historic building, built between 1899 and 1910, housed the Prague Municipal Insurance Company.
The monument to the Czech thinker and ideologist of the Czech Reformation Jan Hus was unveiled in 1915.
On the right is the Kinský Palace, built between 1755 and 1765. Since 1949 it has housed one of the exhibition halls of the National Gallery, which is now temporarily closed.
