LEDNICE
Lednice is the palace of the Princes of Liechtenstein. In 1996, together with the neighbouring palace in Valtice, it was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List under the title «Lednice-Valtice Cultural Complex».
The first mention of the settlement dates back to 1212. There is also a unique glass greenhouse from the late 19th century and a unique Moorish-style minaret tower. From Prague’s main railway station, take a train to Břeclav and then a bus to Lednice Castle.
